SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only ship within the United States.

We aim to process your purchases as soon as we can. You have our commitment that they will be dispatched within 2 business days, unless otherwise indicated on our specific product listings.

Our delivery partners will get your purchases to your delivery address within 3 - 4 business days.

Shipping cost will be calculated at point of checkout when we have your delivery address. It is dependent on the items in your purchase as well as your delivery address. It normally ranges from $5.95 to $12.00.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenient. Some of our suppliers will not accept returns if not notified within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

Please share the reason for the return in the email as well as relevant photos and videos to help us process your return.

We will provide you with instructions for the return within 24 hours. Please ensure returns will be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your purchase.

If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a full refund.

In some instances, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include personalised and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged.

We will process a refund as soon as you've returned your order, including the initial delivery charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in return.

Our refund will be returned to your original payment card.
